Hold OCT− and OCT+ at power-on and the FM-1 starts as stock, until the next power-on

An M-VAVE FM-1 on firmware V15 or V16 (or on Groove OS; the page handles other firmware too), a USB data cable, and Chrome or Edge on a computer
